As a people-first organizer, Audrey Jin is often the first person students turn to with questions. She supports the CMU-Silicon Valley campus as the Administrative Coordinator, assisting the Senior Operations Director and working closely with the student affairs team. Audrey also helps facilitate the in-person I-9 verification process for CMU student workers, staff, and faculty on the Silicon Valley campus.

Audrey looks forward to the start of each new semester, when fresh energy fills the campus and new students arrive. She finds joy in helping students feel welcome, answering their questions, and finding ways to improve communication and connection across the community.

Audrey loves being woven into the fabric of campus life — supporting events across departments and connecting with students from all programs. She thrives on variety, collaboration, and being the go-to person who helps make things happen behind the scenes. Outside of work, Audrey likes to explore different art formats, but watercolor painting holds a special place in her heart. It’s her version of after-work meditation — a quiet, creative way to recharge.
Professional bio:
Audrey Jin has been part of the CMU-Silicon Valley team for over seven years, bringing deep expertise in coordination, communication, and cross-campus support. Before joining CMU-SV, she worked as an administrative assistant, gaining hands-on experience in logistics and office operations. She holds a BFA degree in Graphic Design & Photography from SJSU and brings a creative lens to her work with students and staff. Audrey is known for her calm presence, thoughtful approach, and ability to connect the dots across teams and initiatives.
