Additional mental health support

  • One Medical
Your One Medical membership also includes mental health services. Their providers can help you create a care plan, recommend therapy or medication, and connect you to specialists if needed.
  • ThrivingCampus
You can also use ThrivingCampus, an online directory that helps you find local therapists who work with college and graduate students. Search by location, insurance, or specialty to find a provider that fits your needs. Providers listed on ThrivingCampus are independent from CMU and not officially endorsed by the university.
  • Headspace
CMU-SV students have access to a free subscription to Headspace, a mindfulness and meditation app designed to help you manage stress, sleep better, and improve focus.
